باستخدامك موقع mfsoccer.com أو تطبيقه فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.

باختصار: الخدمة مجّانية بالكامل، بلا إعلانات وبلا جوائز مالية. التصفّح لا يتطلّب حساباً، والحساب اختياري لمن يريد اللعب أو التوقّع أو التصويت.

١. الخدمة

يعرض mfsoccer إحصائيات الدوري الكويتي الممتاز، ويتيح للمشتركين لعبة فانتسي وتوقّع نتائج الجولات والتصويت على تشكيلة الجمهور. الخدمة للترفيه فقط: لا توجد رهانات ولا مقابل مادي ولا جوائز نقدية من أي نوع.

٢. الحساب

أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وعن الحفاظ على كلمة مرورك.
حساب واحد لكل شخص. إنشاء حسابات متعددة للتلاعب بالترتيب يعرّضها للحذف.
تقدر تحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: الملف الشخصي ← حذف حسابي نهائياً.

٣. المحتوى الذي تكتبه

اسم المستخدم واسم الفريق واسم الدوري الخاص تظهر لبقية المشتركين. يُمنع منعاً باتاً:

الألفاظ النابية أو المسيئة أو الجنسية.
الإساءة لشخص أو نادٍ أو قبيلة أو دين أو جنسية، والتحريض والتنمّر.
انتحال شخصية غيرك أو ادّعاء صفة رسمية.
الإعلانات والروابط الدعائية والرسائل المكررة.

نطبّق مرشّحاً تلقائياً على الأسماء، ونراجع البلاغات. ولنا أن نعدّل أي اسم مخالف أو نحذف الحساب دون إشعار مسبق.

٤. الإبلاغ والحظر

بجانب كل مشترك في لوحة الترتيب زر «إبلاغ» — استعمله عند أي اسم أو سلوك مخالف، ونتعامل مع البلاغ خلال ٢٤ ساعة. وتقدر أيضاً حظر أي مشترك، فيختفي اسمه عنك في كل قوائم الترتيب.

٥. الاستخدام العادل

يُمنع محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها، أو سحب بياناتها آلياً بكميات كبيرة، أو استغلال ثغرة للحصول على نقاط أو صلاحيات. الإخلال بذلك يعني إيقاف الحساب.

٦. الملكية الفكرية

أسماء الأندية وشعاراتها وعلامات الرعاة ملك أصحابها، وتُعرض لأغراض التعريف والإحصاء الرياضي. mfsoccer موقع مستقل غير تابع لاتحاد الكرة أو لأي نادٍ أو راعٍ.

٧. حدود المسؤولية

نبذل جهدنا لدقّة الإحصائيات، لكنها قد تحتوي أخطاءً أو تتأخّر عن المصدر الرسمي. الخدمة تُقدَّم «كما هي» بلا ضمانات، ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي قرار يُتّخذ بناءً عليها. وقد نوقف الخدمة أو نغيّرها في أي وقت.

٨. تعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ونضع تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على النسخة المحدّثة.

By using mfsoccer.com or its app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.

In short: the service is completely free, with no ads and no cash prizes. Browsing needs no account, and an account is optional — only for playing, predicting or voting.

1. The service

mfsoccer publishes Kuwait Premier League statistics and lets members play a fantasy game, predict round results and vote for the fans’ XI. The service is for entertainment only: there is no betting, no payment and no cash prize of any kind.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password safe.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the standings will get them deleted.
You can delete your account and all your data at any time from inside the app: Profile → Delete my account permanently.

3. Content you write

Your username, team name and private-league name are visible to other members. The following is strictly prohibited:

Obscene, abusive or sexual language.
Insulting a person, club, tribe, religion or nationality, and incitement or bullying.
Impersonating someone else or claiming an official capacity.
Advertising, promotional links and repeated messages.

We apply an automatic filter to names and we review reports. We may change any offending name or delete the account without prior notice.

4. Reporting and blocking

Next to every member in the standings there is a “Report” button — use it for any offending name or behaviour, and we deal with the report within 24 hours. You can also block any member, and their name will disappear for you from every standings list.

5. Fair use

You may not attempt to hack or disrupt the service, scrape its data automatically in bulk, or exploit a vulnerability to gain points or privileges. Breaching this means your account is suspended.

6. Intellectual property

Club names, crests and sponsor marks belong to their owners and are shown for identification and sports-statistics purposes. mfsoccer is an independent site, not affiliated with the football association or with any club or sponsor.

7. Limits of liability

We do our best to keep the statistics accurate, but they may contain errors or lag behind the official source. The service is provided “as is” without warranties, and we accept no responsibility for any decision taken on the basis of it. We may suspend or change the service at any time.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and we put the last-updated date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated version.
